One of my friend sent me this website, it shows details of the 4th job skills. It may be just a rumor though, may not 100% right. I heard KMS (Korean Maple Story) Beta is testing their 4th job skills now. It make sense though as KMS have been there for quite a long time and alot of them are already Lv100+.

Meso Rain

Effects: He also blur lol. Probably is throw out mesos, and transforms into raining mesos that damages enemies in whole Map.
Petrify Shadow
Type: Active, Max level 10
Effects: Lengthens shadow of self and captures the shadow of enemies, resulting in them unable to attack and move
Shadow Raid
Type: Active, Max level 30
Effects: Summons a shadow of yourself, limited to 10 shadows. Can be spread throughout the map to attack.
Illusionary Images/Confusion
Type: Active
Effects: Confuses enemy, making them into allies and helps in your attacking. Limited to 6 monsters each time, not applicable to boss.
Stars Recharge
Type: Passive
Effects: Replenishes stars as you are attacking enemies.
Lighting Shuriken
Type: Active
Effects: Largest range attack in game. Stars are fired out from 6 places of user without target specification. Massive damage is dealt. Needs 10 summoning stones.
